Organizations should consider what they hope to achieve from the program and what they want the intern to learn, They should create a job description, set requirements, and decide on supervision and training. 1. Create a workspace for the intern and designate a mentor or supervisor.

- We offer various durations based on mutual requirements and convenience. The length of the internship, could be a summer program, a semester-long, or a year-long commitment.

- Chinmaya Mission is world renowned non-profit organisation. While the internship will be unpaid; the intern is compensated not just by the learning but also by the recognition they gain worldwide in academia or corporate world with Chinmaya certification.

- Training sessions are provided as needed based on the internโs role. Mentorship programs are our forte. Resource support like workspace, internet and computing resources as appropriate will be available to the intern. Mentors will be providing valuable guidance, feedback, and support to the interns throughout their internship.

- Yes, interns must adhere to the establishment’s rules, including those related to timings, holidays, leaves, conduct, and discipline.

- In general there is no provision for facilities like accommodation, transportation, or canteens.
